Marketing Program Manager
We are looking to develop our Sunnyvale team with the hire of a Marketing Programs Manager. In this role, you will develop, implement and support product and program development focused on helping Lealta develop a new generation of marketing loyalty initiatives. In collaboration with the marketing team and other departments, you will assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive web, mobile and social product development plans which include recommending strategies, developing programs, defining promotional activities and reporting on success.
Responsibilities
- Conducts analysis and provides overview of research and recommendations regarding key competitive products and related metrics to managers.
- Assists with new product design and strategic development; manages implementation, including testing and final roll-out of products.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including project plans and calendars.
- Partners closely with engineering team to identify, design and deploy technical requirements.
- Drafts creative briefs and coordinates approval with key stakeholders, and drive the development of digital and printed materials.
- Collaborates across the marketing group and cross-functional teams to explore and develop new product functionality.
- Ensures customer needs are addressed and drives new products through our process and meets objectives.
- Researches issues and provides recommendations to resolve problems pertaining to marketing activities and/or programs that are not meeting the needs of customers.
- Analyzes, interprets, and presents key results of products / concepts to senior marketing team for review.
- Works with sales and other cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, develop campaigns and materials to effectively meet business objectives.
- Builds, develop, and grow those business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years experience managing digital and social programs
- Minimum 3+ years designing and developing digital products including architecture, scope, gap analysis, usability testing, design, messaging, functional, technical and data requirements, quality assurance, user acceptance, deployment, maintenance, reporting and analysis
- Extensive knowledge of digital, social and mobile marketing programs
- Solid, analytical, research, and reporting skills
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in both start-up and established corporate environments
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)

Senior UX Developer
We are seeking a Senior UX Developer who will be responsible for building web UI with object-oriented JavaScript, CSS, DHTML and server side Java layers. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is highly motivated to excel in what they do.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Plans, directs, and coordinates preparation and implementation programs to ensure compliance with company's quality processes and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reviews and thoroughly understands product functional and design specifications.
- Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
- Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
- Conducts quality assurance tests.
- Performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of, and determines the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
- Performs defect analysis utilizing experience in statistical quality process analytical methods.
- Participates in agile sprints and helps elicit testable information from user stories.
- Creates reusable automated and load test scripts using the Selenium and JMeter tool.
- Keeps all QA environments up to date with production changes.
- Participates in the building and maintenance of the automation framework.

Database Developer
We are looking for a Junior/Senior Database Developer who is smart and energetic with excellent technical and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Defines system requirements by consulting data administrators, business and system users about the types of information needed.
- Determines how data should be organized, who should have access to different data and how it should be displayed.
- Designs and develops data models and databases that support various web-based and stand-alone applications.
- Writes and tunes SQL queries and procedures using SQL Server/MySQL and/or Oracle.
- Performs data import, storage, cleansing, and delivery processes improvement.
- Analyzes, mines, maps, transforms and transfers data between a variety of data formats.

Primary Responsibilities
