A. Hugo DeCesaris - Chairman of the
Lealta Media Inc. Board of Directors
Mr. DeCesaris is the Region
President for K. Hovnanian Homes,
responsible for the Maryland,
Delaware Shore and Pennsylvania
markets. Prior to being the Region
President of K. Hovnanian Homes, Mr.
DeCesaris was company partner and
member of the Board of Director of
Sonny DeCesaris & Sons; a family
home building business in
collaboration with his father and
four brothers since 1978. In 1988,
Sonny DeCesaris & Son’s acquired
Washington Homes off of the New York
Stock Exchange and catapulted it to
the 5th largest home builder in the
Nation’s capital. Five years later,
in 1993, the company went public
with Mr. DeCesaris serving on the
Board of Directors. In January 2001,
Washington Homes, Inc. became a
wholly owned subsidiary of K.
Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc which is
ranked as the 6th largest home
builder in the Nation. Mr. DeCesaris
has over 30 years experience in the
Homebuilding and Land Development
industry.
In addition to his outstanding
leadership with K. Hovnanian Homes,
Mr. DeCesaris was also the President
and Owner of Southern Maryland's
largest Marina in California
Maryland for more than 15 years. Mr.
DeCesaris, an active board member of
the Prince George’s County Crime
Solvers, continues to be a leader in
the community giving generously of
his time and expertise both as a
community advocate and an
entrepreneur.
Mr. DeCesaris' distinguished
affiliations also include: Member of
the HBAM, NHAB; Howard County
Chamber of Commerce; MNCBIA, Board
of Director for Prince Georges Crime
Solvers; Board of Directors of Lealta Media and the BBB.

George Dunn - Chief Executive
Officer, Heffron Industries
Mr. Dunn is the President of Heffron
Company, Inc., an 83-year-old firm
engaged in Mechanical Construction,
Facility Management and Energy.
Under Mr. Dunn’s leadership, Heffron
Company has secured business
relationships with significant
clients such as: Human Genome
Sciences, Novartis, Georgetown
University, Fed Ex (Redskins)
Stadium, Safeway, Intelsat, Rhein
Mein Air Force Base, Aerospace
Corp., American Institute
Architects, National Institute of
Health, and Potomac Electric Power.
Mr. Dunn earned an OPM-1 from
Harvard University in 1975, an
engineering degree from a division
of Georgia Institute of Technology
in 1969, and a BA from the
University of Notre Dame in 1967
Bruce Foster - President Foster
Development
Bruce Foster is a highly experienced
and respected executive who brings
over 45 years of business success
and company development to his role
as Director of BondRewards®.
Following active duty as an officer
in United State Marine Corp, Mr.
Foster began his business career in
1957 as a sales executive with
National Steel Corporation where he
acted as a regional and national
sales manager. In 1978 Mr. Foster
accepted the position as President
of a division of the Olin
Corporation that included noted
subsidiaries Chesapeake Homes and
the Yeonas Company achieving
significant gains and successes
under his tenure. An accomplished
entrepreneur, Mr. Foster then
founded Foster Communities in
Baltimore, MD in 1985 where he
continues to serve as President. Mr.
Foster sits on various boards and
investment counsels. Bruce received
his undergraduate degree from
Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA in
1954 and graduate studies were
completed at Carnegie Mellon
University, Pittsburgh, PA in 1970.
Mr. Foster resides in Baltimore,
Maryland with his wife Mary Louise.
Thomas O. Bowersox, CPA
Since 1997, Tom Bowersox has been a
Principal with Shreve Bowersox, P.C.
in Rockville, MD, which provides
quality, personalized financial and
management services tailored to the
sophisticated needs of high wealth
individuals and growing
entrepreneurial businesses. Clients
include owners of commercial,
residential, and retail real estate;
family offices; hotel owners,
operators and developers; golf
course developers; computer software
vendors; homebuilders; venture
capital firms; and real estate
developers. He has also served as
CFO of such prestigious real estate
developers as Lerner Companies and
Washington Real Estate Investment
Trust.
Mr. Bowersox also serves as Chairman
of Audiopoint, Inc., a leading
provider of innovative, voice
services to consumer-oriented
businesses. The company designs,
develops and deploys large scale
Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
software and services. Since the
establishment of Audiopoint in 1998,
the company’s strategy has been
built on continuous product
innovation. Audiopoint developed and
launched the industry’s first voice
portal in 1999 and is currently
releasing its newly developed
Personal Voice Portal (PVP)
platform.
Always community-minded, he and his
wife, Christine Shreve, actively
support several local charitable
organizations including the Carl M
Freeman Foundation.
Richard Morauer - Pegasus
Resources, LLC
Mr. Morauer founded and is managing
member of Pegasus Resources, LLC,
based in Cary, North Carolina.
Pegasus is involved in many varied
activities including, but not
limited to, the development and sale
of commercial and industrial
properties, the development and
permitting of commercial waste and
recycling facilities and has
participated and advised on many
difficult zoning, environmental and
land use processes interfacing with
all levels of local, state and
federal departments and agencies.
Additionally, Mr. Morauer has
advised and structured numerous mid
size corporate mergers and
acquisitions.
Before, during and after his college
years, Mr. Morauer worked in all
phases of the family business,
Morauer & Hartzell, Inc., founded in
1917, a major excavating contractor
and ready-mixed concrete producer in
the greater metropolitan Washington,
DC area. As an extension of these
activities, Mr. Morauer founded and
operated Falcon Materials, Inc. in
1976, ready mixed concrete, and
Goose Bay Aggregates, Inc. in 1980,
construction aggregate mining, which
were both later acquired in phases
by a large national company in the
early to mid 1990’s.
Following the sale of these
operating companies, Mr. Morauer
served as regional vice president of
Aggregate Industries, Inc., a large
multi-national construction
materials company for three years,
where he was in charge of
consolidating and managing numerous
acquisitions the company had made in
the region. Mr. Morauer holds a
Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from The George Washington
University, 1976.
Stan Rapp - Chairman, ENGAUGE
Marketing
Stan Rapp is a marketing world icon who has twice served as Chairman/CEO of global advertising agencies with revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Rapp was recognized by Advertising Age and the Advertising Club of New York as one of the 101 individuals who shaped advertising in the 20th Century. He is co-founder and former CEO of Rapp Collins Worldwide, the largest marketing services company in America with over $500 million in revenue worldwide. While he was CEO of McCann Relationship Marketing (MRM) and served on the Board of McCann Erickson WorldGroup, the MRM agency’s revenue increased seven-fold in five years. He is co-author of the bestselling book, MaxiMarketing, which first predicted the change from mass marketing to one-to-one marketing a generation ago.
In his latest endeavor as Chairman of the newly-established Engauge enterprise, he is partnering with Halyard Capital to create a 21st Century agency solutions model built around today’s most vital marketing disciplines – digital interactive, direct marketing and brand creative.

Steven M. Markowitz - Chairman of
the Lealta Media Inc. Advisory Board
From 1996 to 2001, Steve was
founding Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of MyPoints.com,
Inc. (NASDAQ: MYPT), the first and
largest online loyalty program.
Steve led the company to annual
revenue of $64 million and consumer
membership of 16 million, and he
spearheaded the Company’s joint
ventures and licensing in Europe,
Japan and Latin America. Under
Steve’s leadership, MyPoints raised
more than $260 million through an
initial public offering and
secondary public offering of shares.
The Wall Street Journal ranks
MyPoints’ public offering as one of
the Top 20 performing IPOs of 1999.
MyPoints was acquired by a unit of
UAL Corp. in 2001. Prior to founding
MyPoints, Steve worked as an analyst
with Fidelity Investments and a
financial journalist for Dow Jones &
Co., both in Tokyo. Steve is fluent
in Japanese. He holds an MBA from
the University of California at
Berkeley, Haas School of Business
and an A.B. in East Asian Languages
(high honors) from the University of
California at Berkeley.
Maurice W. Hart Jr. - Strosniders
Hardware
Maurice Hart, Partner and Operator
of Strosniders Hardware in Maryland,
began his career as a member of the
Army National Guard and went on to
manage Strosniders Hardware. Within
10 years he purchased Strosniders
Hardware, expanding the company to
two other locations while growing
sales volume by a multiple of 30
times the starting volume. Mr. Hart
is a member of the Montgomery County
Bethesda – Chevy Chase Chamber of
Commerce as well as a Sunday school
teacher since 1988 at the Riverdale
Baptist Church. Mr. Hart resides in
Bethesda, Maryland with his wife
Christine of 39 years.
Scott Cohen - CEO, Dime Store
Media
Scott Cohen is currently
spearheading development of a newly
funded venture in interactive
advertising, as CEO of Dime Store
Media. He is also a founding Partner
in the Red Tie Media Group,
consulting with Internet companies
in both initial and growth stages.
From 2004-2006, Cohen served as
President of Game Trust, a leading
platform for Internet skilled
gaming. Prior to that, as a
co-founder and senior level
executive, Cohen was critical to the
success of two IPO's: LivePerson
(NASDAQ: LPSN), and 24/7 Media
(NASDAQ: TFSM). Together with the
senior management team, he worked to
raise more than $150 million from
the public markets and private
investors. With a combined market
cap at IPO over $700 million and
subsequent growth, both continue to
be viable and very successful
enterprises.
Cohen has over 30 years of
experience in strategic deal making,
negotiation and leadership, playing
a major role in developing
businesses during the growth of the
Internet in the US and Europe. He
has demonstrated success in both
corporate and entrepreneurial
environments, most recently in
media, interactive marketing, and
entertainment. Cohen has worked with
high-level management at leading
corporations including the New World
Communications Group, MacAndrews &
Forbes Holdings, Revlon, Marvel and
Coopers & Lybrand.
Cohen began his career in real
estate and opened his own firm in
1981. In the late 1980's, he founded
a network of commercial real estate
affiliates, which grew to encompass
over forty major US cities, handling
multi-million dollar transactions.
Cohen earned his Masters in Business
Administration in 1988 from the
University of Rochester, William
Simon School of Business, after ten
years of professional experience.
Cohen currently serves on the Board
of Directors for Double Trump,
LeadFusion, and Active Response
Group.
Lawrence E. Phillips - Managing
Director, Mooreland Partners
Larry has more than 15 years of
Information Technology investment
banking, venture capital and
operating management experience. He
joined and helped build Mooreland
Partners in 2003.
As an investment banker, Larry has
executed numerous corporate
financings and merger & acquisition
transactions at Mooreland and at two
predecessor firms ― Brown Brothers
Harriman and Unterberg Harris. Larry
has built long-standing
relationships and experience in the
enterprise software and services
sectors, as well as in the Internet
media and marketing services
sectors.
Before joining Mooreland, Larry was
the founder of PRIMEDIA Ventures, a
corporate venture fund. Beginning in
1998, he raised two funds for
PRIMEDIA (NYSE:PRM) totaling
$70million, backed by its control
investor, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts &
Co. Larry recruited a team and
successfully led investments which
collectively generated top quartile
returns. In many investments, Larry
led the financing and played an
active role as a board member in
building value at portfolio
companies.
When Larry first joined PRIMEDIA in
1995, he conceived and launched an
Interactive division for the
company, making him one of the early
Internet entrepreneurs. He was
responsible for building a web
presence across the company, forming
a division from scratch, hiring
staff and launching numerous web
sites. Larry brings operating
experience to Mooreland in the
software industry, having served as
a CFO of three start-up companies.
Larry holds an AB from Cornell
University, where he graduated with
Distinction in Mathematics and
Physics, and an MBA from Harvard
Business School.
