Our executive team brings a wealth of experience in loyalty and internet marketing and an intense focus on bottom line results. The team has an impressive track record of shepherding private companies through the business life cycle, including significant experience in raising capital, driving towards profitability and obtaining liquidity for investors.

Ken Thompson - President
Ken co-founded the Company and has also served as a Director since its inception. His responsibilities include partnership sales, raising capital and special projects. Previously, Ken founded Journey Telecom, developing a program to provide pre-paid services to retail outlets nationwide. He then headed sales channel development for I-Link World Wide, an IP telephony company, generating millions in revenue and building the firm into one of the largest distributors of enhanced Voice over IP technology.

Kitt Collier Williams - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
An Internet industry original, Kitt Williams has been dedicated to the growth of online advertising since 1996. Her intrigue with the Internet began at The Nielsen Company/SRDS where she worked with the team that developed the first database of sites to offer online advertising. Kitt’s growing interest in online advertising led her to Focalink Communications, one of the first ad servers, based in Palo Alto. Kitt was responsible for sales, training and agency development in the Midwest. In 1997, Kitt joined MyPoints, Inc., and served in several sales roles and ultimately as Vice President of Media Sales. In this role, Kitt led a team of national advertising sales executives to achieve more than $60 Million in sales in one year. Kitt’s efforts helped the company IPO in 1999 and acquisition by UAL Corp in 2001 for $120 million. In 2003, Kitt joined EarthLink as National Manager of Online Advertising and developed a team that increased revenue five fold in nine months. She went on to expand the online marketing department at EarthLink and ran a division responsible for media and marketing of the EarthLink brand. Kitt attended Fisk University and Southern Illinois University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
