The team has an impressive track record of shepherding private companies through the business life cycle, including significant experience in raising capital, driving towards profitability and obtaining liquidity for investors.

Ken Thompson - President & CEO

Ken co-founded the Company and has also served as a Director since its inception. His responsibilities include partnership sales, raising capital and special projects. Previously, Ken founded Journey Telecom, developing a program to provide pre-paid services to retail outlets nationwide. He then headed sales channel development for I-Link World Wide, an IP telephony company, generating millions in revenue and building the firm into one of the largest distributors of enhanced Voice over IP technology.

Grant Rollin - CFO

Grant spent 18 years (eight as a partner) with Deloitte & Touche in its San Francisco office, including seven years as Partner-in-Charge of services to emerging entrepreneurial companies. He left to be CFO of a public company and has since held senior management positions in a number of Silicon Valley companies including as a founding employee of the San Jose Sharks. He is a founder and Chairman of Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. He is an experienced fundraiser and has been involved with numerous M&A deals. He was Founding Chairman of the US Chamber of Commerce's Small Business International Committee. Grant has an MBA from Michigan State University.

Nitin Shingate - VP of Engineering

Nitin was previously VP Software/Operations at United Online, a leading provider of Consumer Internet products and services including FTD, NetZero, Classmates.com and MyPoints and serving 60 million registered users. He developed web systems which can handle 100 million page views/day. Prior to joining United Online, where he spent 10 years, Nitin worked at Xdrive as EJB architect and at Xerox Software Development center. Nitin has a MS in Computer Engineering Science from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia and Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from University of Poona, India. He was Chairman of Buena Ventura Computer Society Chapter from 2005 to 2007.
